Jo Calloway, 62. Eleven Octobers ago she hammered out a moon-and-cat lantern stake as a favor for a neighbor because she couldn't stand another stamped-tin garden ornament. She's forged every one by hand since. This is her final batch. The forge goes cold for good later this year.
